CTF
is a conditional random field (CRF)based transcript factor binding site (TFBS) finding system. The underlying CRF model can integrate features of different sources. CTF is a simple CRF system for TFBS finding. It is both flexible and effective.Download CTF: CTF_v0.9.tarz
Download CTF: CTF_v0.91.tarz ( a newer version with more comments in the source code.)
Untar the file:
tar -xzf CTF_vxxx.tarz
where xxx stands the version.
